Digital Account Manager

The Digital Account Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional services and value to our clients. The Digital Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of client programs and is the direct liaison between Futurety and the client. The Account Manager also supports the organization’s strategic, tactical and support functions (creative, production, technology, analytics) in order to achieve the client and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary conduit between the client and Futurety business/support teams
  • Manage multiple project timelines and resources
  • Provide leadership to the internal Futurety team on behalf of the client
  • Accountable for setting internal communication plans/methodology
  • Contribute to marketing strategies, testing, and execution of client programs
  • Coordinate and managing internal and external client meetings; responsible for daily communication with key client contacts
  • Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables
  • Foster a collaborative, energized internal dynamic team

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years + of client services/account management
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytically minded, specifically comfortable with data, metrics and trends
  • Proven experience managing client relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast changing environment
  • Experience in delivering solutions based on customer needs in a customer service/client-facing role
  • Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to build effective customer relationships

Marketing and Analytics Intern

Futurety is a data driven marketing technology consulting firm. We are looking for a qualified intern to join our team. We also own and operate a co-working space. We are seeking an intern who can work on a wide range of projects across both businesses. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing, business and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
  • Assist with the operations and leasing of our co-working space
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
  • Prepare/preview presentations
  • Enter contact information into contact management systems (OnePageCRM)
  • Provide support to social media efforts
  • Support the Futurety team in daily administrative tasks
  • Help discover and distribute new marketing materials
  • Find/buy new office supplies when needed
  • Help manage company website using WordPress
  • Assist other employees with weekly tasks

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, Communications, or other related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Web and social media
  • PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience
  • Strong desire to learn

  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
