Bill Balderaz
President, Founder

Bill Balderaz focuses on helping organizations disrupt industries and develop new products and services. Previously, Bill was founder and president of Webbed Marketing which went from a one-man consultancy to one of the fastest growing interactive marketing agencies in the Midwest. He has spoken at more than 150 conferences from New York to California on innovation. Bill has also been featured in dozens of media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, and NPR. Bill spends his free time boating, fishing and camping with his three children.

Sam Underwood
Vice President of Business Strategy 

Sam Underwood works with Futurety clients and the internal team on innovation and digital initiatives. With a diverse background in digital marketing, online and consumer research, communications strategy consulting, and business development, Sam brings a wide range of expertise to his clients’ marketing and business plans. Outside of work, Sam can often be found hiking, biking, running, or pursuing another outdoors activity.

Megan Lynch
Office and Property Management

Megan Lynch is the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Futurety. With seven years experience in the industry, Megan provides office support to the Futurety team, Commonwealth Columbus, and has a knack for organization. Outside of work, Megan is a published author, owns a production company, participates in the Columbus art scene, and volunteers for the Columbus House Rabbit Society.

Andrew Hulse
Business Development Manager

Andrew Hulse holds an undergraduate degree in political science with a minor in business leadership and management from Capital University. He quickly gained experience with local Columbus, Ohio startup organizations both as an early stage employee and consultant, creating meaningful business relationships with clients. When he is not meeting with partners and potential clients, Andrew enjoys being a mediocre weekend golfer, discovering new musicians on Spotify and spending time with friends around Columbus’ thriving metropolis.

Dinah Adams
Communication Research Analyst

Dinah Adams specializes in qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and communication strategy. Dinah holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Heidelberg University and a Master’s Degree in communication from The Ohio State University. Outside of Futurety, Dinah enjoys visiting historical sites, making memes, and listening to loud music.

Louis John Murray
Lead Data Analyst

Louis John Murray, originally recruited for his ability to reach tall shelves, also has experience in predictive modeling and data visualization. Known as a “Jack of all trades,” he enjoys working on projects within all strategic business units. A graduate of Indiana University, Louis John holds undergraduate degrees in Marketing, Business Analytics, and Technology Management. He can be found wherever there is food and also enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing rugby.

Mark Eidsaune
Data Analyst

Mark Eidsaune has undergraduate degrees in business administration and mathematics. Mark spends his days getting, cleaning, exploring, and analyzing diverse sets of marketing data. On the weekends, this Air Force veteran can be found on the golf course, on the river, or behind his computer trying to predict cryptocurrency returns.

Allie Gellner
Digital Marketing Strategist

Allie Gellner received her Bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University, majoring in public relations with minors in communication studies and social media. At Futurety she focuses on creating new PR and sales opportunities for our partner organizations through both traditional and digital tactics. Outside of the office, you can find Allie at country concerts, traveling, binge watching Netflix, or enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Christina Balderaz
Market Analyst

Christina Balderaz specializes in deriving insights from complex data sets and working with data visualization tools. Christina holds a Master’s Degree from Ashland University with a focus on Mathematics. She is a lifelong equestrian and now is a horse mom supporting her two daughters on the Quarter Horse circuit.
